Finally knocked the door skin out for the passenger side. Not as pretty as the drivers door but it will pass.

Another day of patch panels confirmed the worst. The 38 Project will not be able to be the all metal project I had hoped for. The rust is too deep and the metal is brittle. Straitening out dents turns the metal to lase even several inches in from the edges of the metal where there was no indication of a hole. Well the metal has been fun, and I have learned a few new tricks, but it is time to break out the fiberglass and give this 38 a new skin.
